Meet Helen, founder of HERA Coaching. Former international heptathlete turned women’s strength and fitness coach.

With a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and specialist pre- & postnatal qualifications, Helen combines science-backed coaching with real-life experience as a mum of two.

Helen has been a fantastic coach for me.

I went to her after not having much success with online fitness trainers.

As Helen is a retired heptathlete, I knew she was going to be knowledgeable on how to achieve my goals... The regime that Helen has written for me is simply outstanding. It’s perfectly suited to me; it’s challenging yet I find it so rewarding.

I wanted to keep as fit as possible throughout my pregnancy but felt a little nervous because I knew I had to modify exercises to make sure I was safe.
